SOUTH CARIBOO COMMUNITY HEALTH COUNCIL COMPLAINTS

It is the policy of the South Cariboo Community Health Council to investigate all formal complaints in an objective manner to improve operations and to ensure patient/resident care and safety.

Complaints must be in written form and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer or the Chair of the Community Health Council. A letter of complaint will be acknowledged promptly and a formal investigation will be initiated in an appropriate and timely manner.
